We believe in the boundless potential of young people and provide a range of \u2018Other Learning Experiences\u2019 to inspire and empower them for success in a global economy. Using an activity-based learning approach, JA HK partners with educators, the commercial and public sectors to develop the Work Readiness, Entrepreneurial Thinking and Financial Literacy of young people in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>JA Company Programme (JA CP)\u00a0<\/strong>is one of the largest youth entrepreneurship programs in Hong Kong. It provides an entrepreneurial learning experience for young people aged 15-18 and seeks to nurture a new generation of entrepreneurial, innovative and civic-minded talents for Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;\u95dc\u65bc\u8a08\u5283&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<strong>\u9752\u5e74\u6210\u5c31\u9999\u6e2f\u90e8<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(JA HK)<\/strong>\u00a0\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u8a3b\u518a\u6148\u5584\u5718\u9ad4\u53caJA Worldwide\u5168\u7403\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u3002\u6211\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\u5e74\u9752\u4eba\u64c1\u6709\u7121\u9650\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u63d0\u4f9b\u5404\u9805\u300c\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u7fd2\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u555f\u767c\u53ca\u88dd\u5099\u4ed6\u5011\u70ba\u65e5\u5f8c\u5728\u74b0\u7403\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e2d\u6210\u529f\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002JA HK\u8207\u6559\u80b2\u754c\u3001\u5546\u754c\u3001\u53ca\u516c\u71df\u6a5f\u69cb\u7dca\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u6d3b\u52d5\u70ba\u672c\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6a21\u5f0f\u589e\u5f37\u9999\u6e2f\u5e74\u9752\u4eba\u7684\u5c31\u696d\u6e96\u5099\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u7cbe\u795e\u53ca\u7406\u8ca1\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>JA<\/strong><strong>\u5b78\u751f\u71df\u5546\u9ad4\u9a57\u8a08\u5283<\/strong>\u00a0\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u5275\u696d\u8a08\u5283\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u81ea2003\u5e74\u8d77\u70ba14\u81f318\u6b72\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b78\u7fd2\u5275\u696d\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u6b64\u8a08\u5283\u65e8\u5728\u57f9\u80b2\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u5177\u5099\u5275\u696d\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u64d4\u4efb\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8001\u95c6\u548c\u884c\u653f\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u9ad4\u9a57\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7d93\u71df \u2013 \u5f9e\u5718\u968a\u7684\u7d44\u5efa\u3001\u7c4c\u96c6\u8cc7\u91d1\u3001\u696d\u52d9\u767c\u5c55\u898f\u5283\u3001\u751f\u7522\u53ca\u71df\u92b7\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f3\u5230\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76e4\u7684\u6574\u500b\u5546\u696d\u9031\u671f\u3002\u7a2e\u7a2e\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u53ef\u8b93\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u638c\u63e1\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e3b\u5c0e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u3002[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/8nF_QFlFymI&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Student Takeaways \u5b78\u751f\u5f97\u8457&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Montserrat%3Aregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221;][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong><span class=\"person-name\">Marine Animal Protect Front<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"person-title\">A JA Company from St. Francis Xavier&#8217;s School, Tsuen Wan, JA CP 2019\/20<\/span> <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"nm-testimonial\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"nm-testimonial-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"nm-testimonial-description\">\u201cThe process of creating the product for sale and selling it is truly enjoyable as it lets us come up with ideas that we can work with for the programme.
